COLD air leaking from electrical wall outlets [boxes]. Walls have insulation, so how do i stop draft

Lowe is sells ''gaskets'' that you just remove the device cover  
Roo
and put this seal on the device and reinstall the device cover. 5 to a pack

They sell a thin piece of insulation spesificly for outlet that

you install between the cover and the outlet. Once you put those in caulk

Home Depot has precut insulating material for regular outlet  
Snuggles
and switch boxes. Nothing much to them so they're cheap.

if you know what your doing with the spray foam it is safe to
